Hold These Truths

In the politically led crackdown on undocumented immigrants, the series ICE Escape Signs works to provide protection and sanctuary for people without immigration papers. Based on existing fire evacuation signs located near building emergency exits, these site-specific works reveal safe routes that undocumented immigrants may take in the case of a raid by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency.
