Volunteer with NLE

Get hands-on experience and meet like-minded people while investing in yourself and the cultural life of the community. Project-based and year-round opportunities are available. Here are a sampling of activities you may get involved with:

• Work with artists during exhibition installation and deinstallation
• Help staff cultural and educational events including dance performances, music concerts, panel discussions, Family Days, and art-making workshops
• Engage with the people through neighborhood canvassing
• Snap photos of the exhibition or video an event
• Welcome and engage visitors to the exhibition site
• Help archive images

Intern with NLE 

Internships are offered each semester with a minimum four-month commitment. Ideal candidates should be personable, organized, self-starters, and resourceful. An interest in contemporary art and community engagement are a plus.
