Imminent Disaster, together with Mania One, has created an imaginary excavation of the site, mining through the layers of earth to a time when dinosaurs roamed the area.  The fetal pose of the artist references not only rebirth but also the concurrent migration of artists from their studios as areas gentrify and rents move beyond their reach.
